The script uses the tee command for writing into /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches. You can avoid the password prompt by defining: <user> ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches in a sudoers file (e.g. /etc/sudoers.d/buildperf).
