<thetext>As users become more advanced with the bitbake environment, a set of best practices for advanced users would be nice to be able to point people at.

One example would be using the OECORELOCALCONF environment variable to specify a local.conf a user wants to reuse when creating new build environments.

This bug is mostly to discuss where it should be and how it should be maintained. I propose a wiki page maintained by the people that ask the questions and get the answers. If we agree, I'll create the page and add the OECORELOCALCONF as the first entry.</thetext>

<thetext>Wiki sounds like a better target. I don't see a way to mark documentation as destined for the wiki.</thetext>

<thetext>This is best covered with the how-do-i and official manuals. Closing.</thetext>
