Is the change in meta-world-pkgdata really a problem in the layer? It might be due to additional recipes that become part of a world build, which may or may not be allowed for a BSP layer (not sure myself). If it is allowed by "Yocto Compatibility 2.0", then the test tool needs to filter out that false positive.
