I also checked in with the team and now that the 4.0 release is complete we are ready to update 3.5 and the 3.5 milestones to 4.0 so I've done that as well. If you find any remaining references to 3.6, 3.99, or 3.5.1 please describe where you see it so I can track them down in the database.
