This area is at this time unpublished and can be quickly moved to the existing Hob Project page at http://www.yoctoproject.org/projects/hob when we decided to go live with the content. I have created a draft of the new content in this staging area. Anyone can view this if they have an account. When you go to the https://www.yoctoproject.org/projects/hob2 page you must register if you get an "Access Denied" message.
