To reproduce this: 1. Create a new Yocto autotools project. 2. select "Project" -> "Reconfigure Project" Reconfigure will fail and displaying the following: sh: /home/lulianhao/runtim-EclipseApplication/helloc/autogen.sh: Permission denied. Configuration failed with error. This is because the upstream now use "sh -c autogen.sh" instead of "sh autogen.sh" to run the script, and the autogen.sh file doesn't have "x" file mode bit enabled.
