Open up Eclipse. Make sure eclipse-plugin is installed 2. Open Perf tool: YoctoProjectTools -> Perf 3. A connection window will be displayed having a dropdown list with the available connections. 4. Press New 5. Select "FTP Only" then press Next. 6. In the next window, fill in "Host name:" and "Connection name:" with: '192.168.7.2" and "FTP Connection" 7. Press Finnish. 8. IN the Connection window try to selct the new FTP Connection created. 9. Are they eclipse-plugin dependent? If not, maybe we can add an error message which will inform the user that only TCF and SSH connection type is supported. Since Eclipse is an IDE platform which is not only for YP, we can't simply disable other things since other people may have their own plugin that can work with TCF, etc. It just not fall into our usage model.
