Download any sysroot from the above link(e.g. the i585 toolchain) 2. Install it (e.g.: /home/user/sdk) 3. Source the enviornment 4. Download and extract iptables archive: http://netfilter.org/projects/iptables/files/ 5. In iptables folder run the following command: $ autoreconf -fi EXPECTED RESULTS 5. I believe it is the same issue, but fixed only on 1.4.
