Severity can be categorized into five areas. Critical -- Crashes, hang, loss of data, negative impact to other components, memory leak etc. Major -- Major loss of functionality of POR. Normal -- Regular issue, some loss of functionality under certain circumstance. This is the default Severity. Minor -- Minor loss of functionality, or issues with easy workaround available. Enhancement -- Request for enhancement work.
