The expected outcome is a login prompt on the serial console. The actual outcome is: [ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device dev-ttyS0.device. [DEPEND] Dependency failed for Serial Getty on ttyS0. However the bug is fixed with the latest systemd fixes.
