This will likely be the last such upgrade since we'll soon be able to focus on baytrail and therefore will be able to ignore emgd going forward. Between 3.8, the last time we did such an upgrade, and 3.10, there were some major changes to the internal proc interfaces in the kernel, which emgd relies heavily on.
