Fixes included adding to the figure a new "Manifest" box fed by the IMAGE_MANIFEST variable and adding supporting text further down in the section. Part of the fix also included creating a new glossary entry for the IMAGE_MANIFEST variable, which can be viewed at http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.6/ref-manual/ref-manual.html#var-IMAGE_MANIFEST.
