The failing package is weston, which fails with configure complaining about wayland-egl missing. The root cause of this is in imx-gpu-viv.inc: When X11 is enabled in DISTRO_FEATURES, then wayland-egl.pc doesn't get installed. Expected behavior is that core-image-weston should build without problems. I don't know enough about Yocto to fix this myself. A quick workaround would be to remove X11 from DISTRO_FEATURES on core-image-weston, at least on meta-fsl-arm. Otherwise, at least add a warning/error in imx-gpu-viv.inc to warn the user when both X11 and Wayland DISTRO_FEATURES are set, as they are incompatible. 51322 1 thomas.mcguire 2015-05-28 13:03:07 +0000 FYI, this is using the poky distribution from https://github.com/Freescale/fsl-community-bsp-platform, and I had the problem with the fido branch.
