Because it downloads a 639 Bytes file in a short time that make the download speed is very high. (I guess this file is an error page) When download file from the sourceforge, the server will redirect to a mirror and return the new URL to the client. But seems like the server returns a wrong URL: Connecting to downloads.sourceforge.net (downloads.sourceforge.net)|54.240.190.157|:80... connected.
