warnings and errors from "-c testimage"

If the user has not added runqemu-ifup and runqemu-ifdown to their sudoers file as "ALL=NOPASSWD", running "-c testimage" on any image will produce an error that is vague.

Current Error:

sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified

Error should say something like:

Failed to run runqemu-ifup or runqemu-ifdown. Timed out waiting for sudo password.
sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified

To be fair, it is very easy to google the fix for this error, assuming one knows which script is being called with 'sudo'.

runqemu should provide better error message directing users to use the runqemu-gen-tapdevs
