lib/bb/compat.py is missing from the bitbake in poky.git, this has caused serious breakage for the master branch. Bitbake is not able to run.

Josh pointed out that this file was missing from poky.git, but present in the upstream bitbake.

I am building with stage/master_under_test currently.

verified file exists
