In README and README.hardware, the following link
http://www.yoctoproject.org/community/documentation is not available, should change to "http://www.yoctoproject.org/documentation".

Typically I don't make changes to the README.hardware file so this bug is probably not assigned to the right person.  I don't know where the README is either so not sure who should have this bug.

Fixed by adjusting URLs on the website
