The Yocto Linux 0.9 feature list defined in https://git.pokylinux.org/wiki2/index.php/Yocto-Linux-0.9-features needs be updated to reflect the latest decisions by core team.

For example, 
 - Real Time support should not be a 0.9 release feature. We need remove that.
 - For Package System, the default package system supported should be RPM, while it's listed as OPKG there.
