Right. The PublishArtifacts buildstep essentially copies *${MACHINE}* but the dtb filename doesn't include qemuarm.
The dtb for qemuarm arrived with the new kernel (4.8), which is why we haven't noticed this before. Most likely the correct fix is to mimic the beagleboard logic in DeployArtifacts.py to also copy *Image* for qemuarm.
