Earlier we decided that Nexus 3.x would be a better fit for us but there is no Pro version of 3 yet. So we can decide between Nexus 3.x OSS edition or Nexus 2 Pro. Pro adds staging repositories and built in zip unpack. Do we need those features? I am inclined to go with Nexus 3.x OSS. Test server up and e-mail sent. Basic functionality is confirmed. A few server-side plugins will be needed. More info to follow via email. The basic functionality has been proven and now we need a production instance with SSH authentication. Opening a new bug to track this. |
