Description Randy MacLeod 2016-11-22 19:24:25 UTC
A recurring problem that the YP BZ has is that people file meta-openembedded defects in the YP BZ. The triage team then deals with the defect usually by rejecting it as not applicable. This happens at the rate of several times per month so it's worth trying to fix.

I suggest that on either:
  https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/enter_bug.cgi
or
  https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/enter_bug.cgi?classification=Yocto%20Project%20Subprojects
or BOTH pages, we add instruction such as:
"meta-openembedded defects are not tracked in this system. Report bugs to mailto:openembedded-devel@lists.openembedded.org"

Good idea Randy. Michael, is there a chance to have this completed anytime soon? http://ultimatewebtraffic.com

I've added this except I used a link to the mailing list management page instead of a mailto. That way non-members can join and members can see the address to paste into their client of choice.
