Git recipes does not need a checksum (md5sum and/or sha256) so do proper skips on related tests.

Based on the title I think you are confusing LIC_FILES_CHKSUM with SRC_URI checksums. LIC_FILES_CHKSUM is still needed for git recipes, but SRC_URI checksums aren't.

You are right. I mean the SRC_URI[<checksum type>] checks.
