I extracted the codes that LSB Test Suite reported error. 
Please check attachment for detailed information. 

$ gcc SpawnProc.c -o SpawnProc `pkg-config --cflags --libs glib-2.0` `pkg-config --cflags --libs gtk+-2.0` -lpthread
$./SpawnProc
successful!

So I think this item can pass lsb test suite.
