Points users at the 5.0 download and mentions the poky-bernard-5.0 directories.

We should be pointing to the 5.0.1 download and referring to the 5.0.1 directories.

References to 5.0 are removed and replaced with 5.0.1.  Also re-wrote the section describing how to download the YP tarball so that we point the user to the website Download page, which is more appropriate.  once the changes are merged with Poky the bug can be marked RESOLVED.
