Create a suite to test support for building targets with multiple configurations (multiconfig). The corresponding section on the YP Mega Manual is http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/2.3/mega-manual/mega-manual.html#platdev-building-targets-with-multiple-configurations

Adding 11429 as a dependency to ensure the tests run on its own build directory and prevent overwriting any existing configuration.

above patch is applied in yocto master branch and tested multiconfig oe-selftest.

multiconfig oe-selftest is executed successfully.


this patch is working without any error in yocto master branch.
