With Yocto 1.1 M1, when setting GCCVERSION and SDKGCCVERSION to 4.5.1, gcc-cross-canadian won't be built as 4.5.1.

We should add TRANSLATED_TARGET_ARCH to gcc-cross-canadian in tcmode-default.inc.

Poky master has the same issue.
Currently meta-toolchain-gmae can't build due to bug 1160, if we revert the culprit commit mentioned in 1160, we can reproduce this bug easily by:
"bitbake  gcc-cross-canadian-i586 -e | grep ^SRC_URI".

I'll make a patch send it out today.
