Now that uclibc has been removed from oe-core and has generally been superseded by musl we can remove the remaining uclibc tweaks in the oe-core recipes.

This includes overrides, such as:

meta/recipes-connectivity/openssh/openssh_7.5p1.bb:EXTRA_OECONF_append_libc-uclibc=" --without-pam"

And patches that are uclibc specific and it's been confirmed that they are not also needed for musl, such as:

meta/recipes-support/rng-tools/rng-tools/uclibc-libuargp-configure.patch

Thanks! I've gone through a few recipes already while waiting for other builds: Let's say I'll handle  meta/recipes-support/*, you can have all the rest.

...aand RP just seems to have handled this, or at least most of it. See "meta: Drop remnants of uclibc support" on mailing list.

Yes RP already done most of the changes. I screen thru the oe-core most the left over is only on the .patch file.
