Joshua added a buildstep to scrape the target to build out of a file in a
layer[2] but implemented that in a very naive way. Refkit
have now changed the format of their .conf file so that the variable is
defined over multiple lines[3] and the ScrapeTargets task only extracts
the first line-continuation character…
