Nobody used the WaitForUpstream status correctly, and it was generally a good way to make bugs disappear from the usual queries.

I've changed all bugs that have that status to Accepted already, so please can you remove the status from bugzilla?

I've removed WaitForUpstream from the workflow and deleted the status option. This may break the bug reporting scripts so I'll keep an eye on those.
