1.6.24 version of libpng no longer published on gentoo distfiles 

ERROR: libpng-1.6.24-r0 do_checkuri: Fetcher failure for URL: 'http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/libpng-1.6.24.tar.xz'. URL http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/libpng-1.6.24.tar.xz doesn't work

patch sent to ML and backported

I think the libpng12 fix was done but the libpng 1.6.24 issue remains.
