integrating OrangeRPCD for Juci. RPCD is used by LuCi however, upon testing, RPCD is not able to bind/communicate with Juci. Talking to the Juci owner looks like it depends on their own version of RPCD called OrangeRPCD.

OrangeRPCD is jucid. There is recipe available for jucid in meta-openwrt.
