Description Paul Eggleton 2017-08-16 21:13:38 UTC
The QA master test plan at https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/QA_Master_Test_Plan under the section "Compliance Testing" points to a poky-contrib branch containing the scripts to run the testing:

http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=cagurida/compliance

Having these scripts that are part of our normal testing in a poky-contrib branch (which is meant to be temporary) isn't really right - we should move these elsewhere, or better still properly automate this test.

Once the scripts are moved we should remove the poky-contrib branch from the archiving exemption list:

https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Poky_Contrib#Exempt_poky-contrib_Branches

Compliance script had been moved from poky-contrib to qa-tools.
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/qa-tools/tree/compliance/compliance_test.py

ptest-runner.sh script was not being used any more.
