Is this really reproducable? It works for me and this looks like the github server not cooperating.

Hi, it seems that was a autobuilder issue, this passed on retest:

2017-08-29 02:23:47,050 - oe-selftest - INFO - RESULTS - recipetool.RecipetoolTests.test_recipetool_create_github - Testcase 1638: PASSED
I think we can close this.
