In hob, selecting package will not show the dependency native packages in "Image contents". It confuse user because if we select acl-native, nothing will show up but we still could start build for acl-native.

The native dependencies are not part of the image contents, they are built as a by product. I think the right thing to do is not show native packages at all in the packages.

Verify the bug with commit 46cf540e63a848512617b20fd8492f81bfb2f704, the bug is fixed.
