When switching image type for "Base image" field, there will be a dialog asking
if user want to cancel/remove the image type. If we choose cancel for the dialog, the package number will keep increase and it make me confused becasue I don't know what packages/images will be built out.
For example, I choose core-image-lsb and then choose core-image-minimal, and choose cancel for the pop-up dialog. There will be a lot of packages shown with core-image-minimal. I don't know what will be built if I click bake button.

"lib/bb/hob: fix changing base image

The path is not guaranteed to always point to the same value so do not rely
on it to change the image contents. Further, when changing the base image
we should maintain user selections.
