OVERVIEW:

When trying to import a layer but the Layer dependencies section is blank we get an error that reads,"layer-name-exists"

The layer dependencies are optional and if the default, openembbeded-core, should not be removed then user should not be allowed to have this option. Or the error message should be more informative towards the real issue.

BUILD: 2.4 M4: rc3-65d23bd7986615fdfb0f1717b615534a2a14ab80
ENVIRONMENT: Debian 4.3.0-0.bpo.1-amd64
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Start toaster
2. Create a Roko project
3. Go to the Import layer tab
4. Fill in the information for a layer with the source code at a git repository
5. In the optional section erase the openembbeded-core layer, by clicking the little trashcan next to it.
6. Click on the "Import and add to project" button

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
more meaningful error message
Comment 1 David Reyna 2017-10-20 16:29:44 UTC
Optional layers are new, and Toaster does not yet how to deal with them.

Bulk move from 4.99 or 0.00 to 5.99
