Some layers git trees contain multiple layers where not all should/could pass yocto-compat-layer (i.e. meta-intel).

Unfortunately the use of the yocto-compat-layer-wrapper script results in all layers in the target directory being automatically detected and checked for compatibility.

If we instead use yocto-compat-layer.py directly and pass the -n option we can disable auto-detection and have only the specified layers checked for compatibility.

There are new versions of this test and autobuilder that seem to work well. Re-open if there's evidence otherwise.
