A recent patch (#12192 "toaster: update Toaster for Django 1.11") that touched "bldcollector/urls.py" had a corruption in the email submission. BAD: from djaV2 ngo.conf.urls import include, url INTENDED: from django.conf.urls import include, url This bug fixes that error.
