Buildhistory repo creation and initialisation is done within the CreateAutoConf step, however it is largely unrelated to the contents of the auto.conf file and its inclusion in this buildstep make it difficult to debug.

We should separate out the buildhistory repository creation and initialisation into a separate buildstep with improved debugging.

Resolved by the new infrastructure architecture of helper scripts (yocto-autobuilder-helper) with a more recent buildbot with minimal configuration (yocto-autobuilder2).
