This may be tricky to solve since previous "fixes" here have hidden all error output which makes failures very difficult to debug. I agree we should fix this but it may be a hard issue to catch. I also remember different behaviours of logging in different python versions unfortunately. Hi Paul/Richard,
During the QA 2.5 M3 rc1 exercise, PG autobuilder encounter the same issues warning during make compilations.
A few observations
1. configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-libtool-sysroot
