Commit: a62982ffb6b35acc70bb30a429fc854cf9a8873f

With 1.1 M2 branch, after launching hob, we could find "rpm" format is selected for build. But if we build something, we could find ipk format is used for packages.

The only way to change the package format is to launch hob->change package format->exit hob->launch hob again.

I think the bug could be marked as verified fixed, with commit
46cf540e63a848512617b20fd8492f81bfb2f704.
