Back in the krogoth/2.1 days, we had dropped the adt-manual and added the sdk-manual. We added some checks in scripts/generate-docs.sh, but it was hard wired for krogoth/2.1 and therefore invalid DOC targets for rocko and beyond. I have removed said logic and sent patches to eclipse-yocto list. 

Not sure why this was not a big red flag sooner, but that is water under the bridge.

The error message in AB logs is truncated, the full message can be seen by running "make eclipse" from within the yocto-docs/documentation directory:

make eclipse
