Description Raajesh 2018-11-09 09:53:26 UTC
ERROR: When reparsing morty/sources/meta-mx6/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-mx6-mfgtool_4.1.15.bb.do_package, the basehash value changed from 4aba7d2d08ba17c90de264f04032875e to 6bdd54fb538e80f0deb0cce097d67700. The metadata is not deterministic and this needs to be fixed.
ERROR: When reparsing morty/sources/meta-vest-mx6/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-mx6-mfgtool_4.1.15.bb.do_package, the basehash value changed from 4aba7d2d08ba17c90de264f04032875e to 6bdd54fb538e80f0deb0cce097d67700. The metadata is not deterministic and this needs to be fixed.

This error does not stop building the manufacturing tool (image cpio.gz.u-boot) but these errors pops up everytime a clean build is made. There was some discussion in patch but not sure if this has been fixed

Usually there is a reference to a variable like DATETIME which needs to be whitelisted somewhere in the recipe in question.

This is almost certainly an issue in the meta-vest-mx6 layer and needs to be fixed there. This is therefore outside the scope of this bugzilla.
