devtool modify gcc fails with the following Error:
ERROR: Task do_patch does not exist for target gcc (<workspace>/poky/meta/recipes-devtools/gcc/gcc_8.2.bb:do_patch). Close matches:                                                                                              
  do_fetch                                                                                                            
ERROR: Command execution failed: 1                                                                                    
ERROR: Extracting source for gcc failed  


The following commands error out as well:
devtool modify gcc-source-7.3
devtool modify gcc-source-8.2
devtool modify gcc-source_8.2
devtool modify gcc-source_7.3

All of the above commands fail with the following error:
ERROR: Unable to find any recipe file matching "gcc-source-x.x"

Steps to reproduce:
1. clone poky repo and switch to master branch
2. run devtool modify gcc
