I've tracked this issue down to a compile issue on beagleboard where package architectures contain "-" charaters. This patch fixes that: http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/commit/?h=rpurdie/ml4&id=5636f2bc8390587597ebcd493729e93a515fbe09 However there is a related bug that then appears as we exceed the size of the static list of architectures rpm supports.
