After hob is launched, we could add or remove some packages after choose a base image type, for example, we could add acpid and remove zip for core-image-sato. After that, we could save the customized package list into a .bb file.
Then we could open the .bb file when we want to load the package list again, but currently there is nothing loaded if we follow the steps as above.

Verify the bug as fixed with commit 6503452732beadb117c6b0633070801d47f5f109.
But I find package list is not consistent after opening customized bb file, I will open another bug for the issue.
