For example: 

tmp/deploy/rpm/i586$ rpm -qp --qf "%{name}\n" libestr0-0.1.11-r0.i586.rpm
libestr0

tmp/deploy/rpm/i586$ rpm -qp --qf "%{name}\n" libsdl2-2.0-0-2.0.9-r0.i586.rpm
libsdl2-2.0-0


Expected Result are:
libestr

libsdl2

another example:

/tmp/deploy/rpm/i586$ rpm -qp --qf "%{name}\n"  liblzo2-staticdev-2.10-r0.i586.rpm
liblzo2-staticdev


expect results:
lzo-staticdev

These are actually correct, these are the names OE uses for these packages. The numbers come from debian.bbclass which renames packages to include some version information.
