Description Paul Eggleton 2019-08-22 04:46:45 UTC
If a layer fails to parse properly the first time around (thus not having any data), instead of showing the "no data yet" notice on the layer detail page we need to have a warning that the parse failed and a pointer to the logs if any.

A couple of test cases for this would be bad repo URL and syntax error in conf/layer.conf.

Still valid. The first pass parsing is not captured anywhere and is only observable when you are running on the instance/container.
