The issue at least from the log appears to be related to the do_install task. This task does not need to be run (and probably does not work correctly anyway) for the glibc-testsuite recipe. I have sent out a patch to oe-core to remove the task, such that the recipe is similar to the binutils-cross-testsuite recipe.

Also I noticed that this recipe is included in world builds, which is unnecessary, additional patch sent to exclude it (since it is a target recipe vs binutils-cross-testsuite being cross).
