The recipe causing the QA issue is the following:

Without/sans the line: chrpath -d ${D}${bindir}/cannelloni

The recipe produces the following QA error:

Adding line: chrpath -d ${D}${bindir}/cannelloni solves this propblem, but my best guess, it is only a workaround, since after finishing the bitbake -k core-image-minimal, the following could be found as trace in the building directory:

cannelloni-1.0: package cannelloni contains bad RPATH
/home/user/projects2/beaglebone-black/bbb-yocto/build/tmp/work/cortexa8hf-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi/cannelloni/1.0-r0/build:
in file /home/user/projects2/beaglebone-black/bbb-yocto/build/tmp/work/cortexa8hf-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi/cannelloni/1.0-r0/packages-split/cannelloni/usr/bin/cannelloni
[rpaths]

The solution: finding the right root cause for these messages, and fixing it!

I have fixed this issue. It appears that I used some of the bitbake flags in wrong way.
